This university is located in Glasgow, famous for its cultural life.
Founded in 1845, Glasgow School of Art is one of the major centers for creative education in the UK, which is demonstrated by the success of its many alumni, including two Turner Prize winners, Douglas Gordon and Simon Starling. One of the school’s buildings is designed by an iconic figure of the XX century Charles Rennie Mackintosh. Now the school continues to be at the forefront of new developments in the art world.
